Stronger For Life.
EVLV Legends is our coach-led fitness program designed specifically for adults 55 and older. Build strength, improve balance and mobility, increase your endurance, and develop the confidence to keep doing the things you love
Whether you’ve exercised your entire life or haven’t worked out in years, we’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward.
Train alongside other seniors while receiving expert coaching tailored to your individual abilities and goals.
Build and maintain the strength you need for everyday life. Our workouts help you preserve muscle, improve balance and mobility, and stay active and independent.
Every class is led by an experienced coach who can adjust movements, weights, and intensity to your individual abilities. You’ll be challenged—but challenged appropriately.
Train with people who want the same things you do: to stay healthy, active, strong, and capable. Work hard together, encourage one another, celebrate progress, and have some fun along the way.
Absolutely. You don’t need any previous fitness experience to get started. Our coaches will meet you where you are and help you progress at a pace that’s appropriate for you.
Not at all. Our coaches will teach you how to perform each movement safely and effectively and adjust exercises to your experience and ability.
Strength training can help maintain muscle and strength as you age while supporting balance, mobility, bone health, and your ability to perform everyday activities independently.
Our coaches can modify movements, weights, and intensity based on your individual abilities. If you have an injury or medical condition, we may recommend talking with your healthcare provider before beginning a new exercise program.
Legends combines strength training, cardiovascular exercise, balance, mobility, and functional movements designed to help you stay strong and capable in everyday life
